No, it's 'assault with intent to maim'. Oh, you mean charges against you? Silly me, I thought you were referring to what her pimp would be charged with after he comes to visit you.

Really, a shoplifting charge would be the least of your worries (and no it would not be shoplifting). You would still be charged with solicting prostitution and probably go to jail. So, why worry about a pesky little thing like shoplifting.

Not exactly, but it is Theft of Service. Not like she's going to report you to the cops, of course, unless you're in a place where prostitution is legal like Nevada. Otherwise, she will likely use informal "self help" methods to make you wish you didn't cross her (i.e. scratching your eyes out or notifying her gun-toting pimp and his large buddies). On a similar note, it's also illegal to steal drugs or drug money from somebody even though he's not supposed to have that stuff in the first place, it's considered fraud to sell fake drugs, and drug dealers can be (and sometimes are) punished by the IRS for not reporting their income and paying taxes.

LOL No I don't think it's shoplifting more like...heck I don't know what to call it but it's wrong, rude and inconsiderate. That's like eating at a restaurant and leaving before it's time to pay.
