That really is a good question. I believe that there really is a heaven and I believe the bible to be the word of God as it was translated. I believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God too. That being said, I was brought up religious for a few years. I went a little wild latter, then joined the LDS church. Not because of what people told me, but that the Holy Ghost confirmed to me that the gospel to be true. I knew I had to change my life. Wouldn't all want to have some hope? It doesn't matter if they do, one day we will all find out what the truth really is. I believe I am making the right choice. No one told me what to do either, I made the choice. We all have free agency.

whether you believe inn heaven or not , its there, just look up. Infect there are three heavens , One where the clouds are,and as you go up, you see the second heaven, where the stars and planets are, and a very Long ways up is the heaven where God's Kingdom. No one has gone there or Will be going there John 3:13. there nothing in the bible that says we are going to heaven, in fact it says, in Rev.21, that God the Father is coming down to earth with His Kingdom to be with his people for ever. There are a lot of people that believe in heaven, but they have been lied to, about going there after they die, if they have been saved. Satan is out there spreading his lies around. Satan is the father of lies.

Of course people seriously believe in Heaven, as it is hope for people that are good, decent & get no reward for it in this world. There are lots of people that get rich on this planet that are not nice people. The world aint fair so there needs to be a place for the good that didnt get they're dues in this world and visa versa for the evil people that are living like kings. The next world everyone will be in they're rightful place.

I can't answer for everyone, only myself, but I believe "heaven" will be what we each want it to be. Sort of like in the movie "What dreams may come"
I don't know about angels and sitting around on clouds and being able to watch what happens on earth, but I think the idea of heaven has more to do with the complete lack of misery, sickness, worry, pain etc. But even if there were nothing in the afterlife, it's not like we would know.

LOL! Salvation in my family is a personal decision. Either you choose to be saved or you don't. Just because my dad's a strong Christian man doesn't mean that I have a ticket to Heaven. It only means that he laid a wonderful foundation for me to make own decisions. If I followed family tradition I would be an a Colonel in the USAF by now.

The trouble is that we all try to guess what heaven is in human terms because we are human. All we can say is that we do not know what form heaven will take other than eternal satisfaction. We do not really know what that means either

One thing curious to me in studing different religions is that they all have Heavens yet no two are alike. The one common factor is that they all have "everything a MAN could want. What does this tell you?
