Pork chops.

twenty minutes in the oven at 375.Meanwhile, in a medium sized pot on top of the stove you'll simmer up some mixed berries (from frozen is fine) until they are bubbly. Put them into the processor and wiz until smooth. Strain them through a sieve and pour back into the pot on the stove. Add some lemoncella liqueur and some lime juice and bring to a small simmering boil. Take those chops out of the oven and pour over with sauce. top with a little grated citrus zest for color and you are home.

Considering that those chops will steal the show you may as well go bland and easy on the sides tonight.

Have fun.

Well, I'm making a pizza so that sounds pretty good to me. If you want something easier though, I'd do an Asian style stir fry served over rice.
