You see, in high school,i had a verbal fight with one of my very close friends because he didnt keep his promise, so i ended up telling him we no longer needed to be friends. After that this Best freind of mine came to my Place. He told me "What you did was right but i am very sorry you didnt consider his circumstances in life like relationshipship and financial problems he is going through. You are in a better position so you should have forgiven. Although i give you 10/10 Law wise but i give you 0/10 in humanity"
Here is my BEST freind critisizing me and standing up for the guy i had fight with. I understood his point and made up with my other friend.
What my Best friend said has made me a better human being today. So i wonder, if our relationship with God is similar. He is true freind who is firm in Criticism but simply because we dont want to take ownership, we run away. Also should we blame God for what other humans do to us, Your comments please?

What you have had happen to you in this experience is just the beginning of many more life experiences that will bring you emotional and spiritual maturity.

It is very rare that a friend will criticise a friend's actions, but when they do it in a loving and empathic manner as your best friend did, you need to value that friendship with trust and humility. To continue to cultivate that best friend for a lifetime would be a good thing.

As for the friend you dressed down and then made up with I hope your appology was with compassion and humbleness, making your appology true to you word will now be a lifetime project also.

You have simply followed a set of occurances, reactions, occurances and results pattern normally described as "human nature". To ascribe revealtion to your "human nature" in a religious context is interesting. As such it shows you have religious teaching in your background and in this case your best friend acted as your moral conscience, reminding you of your religious teachings. In doing so your best friend has made you think about how you treat people and hopfully you will do better in the future.

Each person has their own individual relationship with the god or gods or God of their own religious back ground. That you have related this incident as a "training" as to how you relate with God shows you have self awareness of your need to better yourself based upon your religious training and upbring.

That we should blame God or any deity for what other humans do to us or we do to them is a disreguard for our own free will. We choose to be good or bad, kind or unkind, loving or unloving in all of our relationships with others, be the relationships casual or close. To foist off onto God our shortcomings is the highest state of ego and the lowest form of humility.

There's a woman who rants on here all the time . Constant ranting and raving , sometimes with an ounce of truth and other times clearly confused and vengeful . I tried everything to give this woman some understanding , but she was relentless .
Then , today I noticed an answer of hers about who she would have over for dinner if she could have her wishes granted and pick anyone . Her answer ? Her father !! Yep , she noted that she is 38 and hasn't seen him since she was 2 when her parents got divorced .
I now understand that woman !!

I suppose that if god hasn't made you useless by means of now that he does not suppose it's your time to move. He has a motive that you're alive in the world, and when you take a look at rough adequate and might be get a few support from medical professionals(since I suppose you're depressed) that you are going to uncover your motive right here. Hope the whole thing is going good :)

Basically when we blame God it is just that way because we are going by our understanding which isn't an understanding at all. If we have an understanding we wouldn't be blaming God at all. God isn't evil and doesn't hate what He creates, if He hated it I'm sure He could easily dispose of it to get it out of His existence and off His back.
But like it states in the Bible Love is long suffering and patient etc. all positive things. I feel this plane of existence is for us to learn things like that about our Heavenly creator. I feel God doesn't want us to become fallen Angels. Anymore than we like it when loved ones die. That is just my opinion on this issue. Take care and may God bless you spiritually.

God granted us free will so that we may follow him by choice. That means that every choice we make in life is that of our own, whether there are surrounding circumstances that influence that choice or not. Therefore, the decision to harm someone, cause them pain, or even kill is completely our own. People need not blame God for the actions of others, they need to blame the condition of that persons heart.

First, your story is wonderful and shows what a remarkable person you are. You are a true friend, and true friends attract true friends, so it is no surprise that you have such good friends in your life.

As far as how God pertains to all of this, you know I am an Atheist, but I understand your perspective and have my own view on what you are saying. You see, even if we do not, like myself, believe in a distinct deity, one might apply to God all of the highest aspects of humanity. We see the God in what is best in our fellow human beings. When your friend was exercising what was best in their nature, they were presenting divinity to you, as it were.

To err is human; to forgive is divine. Humans are more divine that they think.

An excellent question, my friend! :)

Dear Son Abdul

You did not rate me Best when I criticised you on posting irrelevant questions on Yahoo.

Yesterday I saw one of your questions was deleted by Yahoo Team as it violated community guidelines. Any way it was not me who reported it.

If you would have taken my words earlier, you would not have committed that mistake again.

All the Guidance is from Allah.

Take Care,

Your Well Wisher

Sweet Pea of course not we leave that to the Devil. God is love he is blameless. We on the other hand have to forgive those who hurt and despitefully use us. Just like Jesus ask God when he was being beaten and slain, "Father forgive them they no not what they do". God Bless!

I too think this is how God is with us. He loves us enough to show us where we are wrong and is very patient in doing so. I have blamed God fro things in my life. But I know and often need reminding that I chose this life with it's challenges and geet on with it. Peace to you.

No. This has nothing to do with the existence of a supernatural being. However, Christianity has found at least one value that seems to improve the quality of our lives, and that's the one about Forgiveness.

So, kudos to Christianity for their bit on 'forgiveness'- but it isn't in any way related to a magic sky pixie.
