I want to know how long I have to wait to wash it, or to go swimming. And If I should buy a special shampoo.

You should get a shampoo for color treated hair..but dont go with a super cheap (suave white rain etc) brand..because they contain things that can strip the color out of your hair..
you can generally do it a few hours after you get it dyed..i usually wait till the next day..you will notice some of the color coming out..thats just excess dye that didnt rinse out and its normal
for swimming it really depends on what kind of and color of dye you used..if you had it done in a salon i would call them just to find out for sure

Yes! You need a special shampoo and conditioner! Aveda makes great shampoos and conditioners for people who color their hair. You're color will stay in longer too. Also deep condition your hair once a week, that will keep its shine, and the color too.
As far as swimming goes, I would wear a swimming cap, and you can wash your hair on your normal hair washing schedule.

definitely use shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair. pureology is absolutely the BEST line out there for colored hair. you can find it online, just search pureology.com
