Yes a baby is in Heaven with the Lord. The minute that little life was conceived, he, or she became a living soul. I once lost twins, and another baby. They are resting in the arms of Jesus. I know when i get to Heaven, i will see them all, for the first time.

I believe that the stillborn baby does have a sole and I believe that this scripture proves my belief. "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations" (Jeremiah 1:5, NIV).
And this Scripture may also help. "For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works and that my soul knows well. My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed, and in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them" (Psalm 139:13-16).
I hope this answers your question. God Bless

" I knew you even before you were in your mother's womb". This is scripture ( sorry, I don't know the chapter or other). This truly means to me that a stillborn had a soul that was called home. Although no one can ever know for sure, I believe that that soul may very well get another chance to be 'reborn'.

Yes! a still born baby is a human being. All babies go to heaven. From the minute of conception it is a life. I lost a baby in my 4th month of pregnancy. I believe I will meet that child in heaven.

I dont know... I'm 20 weeks with mine and if I poke at my belly he pokes back. He can hear me as well.. I dont believe in heaven but I believe in an afterlife and I think perhaps once they start doing conscious things and are "aware" that they may indeed have something in the form of a spirit or whatever.

We must remember John 3:6 "That which is of the flesh is flesh and hat which is of he spirit is spirit". This means flesh begets flesh and spirit begets spirit. When we are born we have a body and soul and yes still born babies do go to heaven. However, God did know us before we were formed in our mothers womb as it says in Jeremiah but please don't misunderstand Scripture, Joh 3:3 "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God". When Adam made the decision to disobey God man died spiritually and the body began to die. James 2:26 "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also". Because of Adam we now must make the decision to be born again through receiving Jesus Chris in our hearts as our personal Lord and Savior.

When a baby is stillborn does it have a spirit in them that went to heaven?
anyone pretending to know the answer to this...acting like you know what a soul is and if one even exists, stating is unquestionably and as "fact"...is complete and utter nonsense.

If you are really interested please read this rare online book about a young woman in the 1840's who was given a vision of heaven in which she relates what becomes of infants when they die:
