no it's not--what's the point of having a boyfriend/girlfriend if you still want to flirt? That's not fair to the other person.

Yes I believe so. Slight jealousy can make the relationship stronger (as studies show ) and make your partner want you more. Nothing wrong with harmless flirting as long as it isn't excessive.
