If you are way overweight, losing 10 pounds is pretty easy as is gaining 10 pounds. If you are pretty much at a normal weight say 10 or 20 pounds over there is no healthy way to loose 10 in two weeks. If you are carrying fifty or sixty pounds of extra you could probably do it. I don't know why anyone would want to.

Not and stay healthy. Dr.s advise 2-3 lbs/week for healthy weight loss. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cut out soft drinks, even diet ones.
Exercise at least 30 min/day with a cardio workout - treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike.
Another thing is to avoid foods that are high on the Glycemic Index, such as baked potato, watermelon, white bread. Stick to whole grain cereals and breads.

its very unlikly but try for something like 5lbs that is something possible. 5lbs is like 1 pant size
