Hiya!

Hair can go frizzy in the rain and even in humidity. I find that using serums after styling can prevent frizz from occuring. It would also help using an umbrella.

Ah the treeible frizzies... I find that drying your roots a little longer helps a bit also try not to dry it in a humid room... dry it with a flat paddle brush and use the serum before and after you dry it... I find that works best... and using a flat iron doesn't hurt

ugh, thats why i always hate it when it rains... i dont use any of that sleek&shine serum stuff. i tie my hair in a ponytail, and take a headband that have the little teeth and push your hair back, and you can also take hairclips to hold your bangs back... i usually just put on my hood when it rains.. and my hair stays unfrizzy for the most part. but try it and see if it works with your hair =))))

tie your hair up and wear a hat, or just put an umbrella over your head. I have no idea how it becomes frizzy, (it happened to me once and i hated it) but it really workled for me. Try it!

I don't know the answer to your first question, but to the second I say - don't go out in the rain.

You could try putting a bit of moose ( i use pantene sleek & shine) onto your hairbrush and brushing it through your hair. Not too much though else it makes it look greasy. This works well if you straighten your hair.

buy john frieda thermal protection serum. it shields your hair from changes in heat and protects it from moisture.
it doesn't always work though, your hair will always go frizzy in rain.
