I've known this really cute boy since grade 7, and he's a year older than me. He'll grate next year, while I'll be left behind. I will be taking a grade 12 course, so theirs a small chance that I'll end up in his class, but my problem is that... I've never spoken to him my whole life. He doesn't know who I am, but every time I come across him I look like a complete idiot. He probably thimks I'm stalking him, WHICH I'M NOT! But I don't know how to aproach him, wouldn't it be wierd to just go up to a stranger and say "Hi, I've had a crush on you since grade 7."

yes it is but that is not the way to take.here may i help u:
since i am a boy i say that u have to find a smart approach to get to talk 2 him 1st.it is difficult only the first time.c wut he does.can u ask a q about the skool or sth.
ask him if he knows a person, even an imaginary one.believe it .the 1st meeting should not necessarily end in a kiss.even a q can be a gate.the next time u have a good excuse or reason for greating him:he has helped u with your q.be sure if your situation reaches that point,he himself will come to u,or at least shows interest when u go to him,,if he has the slightest feeling 4 u.
there r lots of ways to get near to a boy without looking weird.but here i dont no your exact condition.if u like, give exact details to me,e-mail me and i can suggest u other ways.
gud luk

If you have known him for so long, than you know about his likes and dislikes. And how do you know that he does not know who you are? Think about it. after so long he may think something odd that you have not said any thing or at least treated him as some one that you have known for years. If you cann't say anything to him alone, take a gril friend or two. Remember that you have known him for a long time and already have an idea of how he will react best. Good luck.

Well, you sure don't need to tell him that you've had a crush on him since then; he will probably find that to be more than a little weird :)

However, do try to strike up some "small talk" with him, and if all else fails, smile and make lots of eye contact :)

Good luck to you!

Yes... do not say that. You can walk up to him and say... "Hi, how are you doing?" Then say something like... "Its hard to believe I have known you for 4 years already" Be confident!! You are every bit as good as he is!!

Just ask him if he wants to hang out sometime... It's none of his business how long you've liked him. You can tell him you like him, but keep the "7th grade" part to yourself.

Just be honest. If it means that much to you then approach and let conversation happen. However, be prepared to get crushed. He might not be interested.

do you have any other friends that are courageous enough to do all the talking for you? Or do you feel like a complete unattractive person compared to his like-ness??

What do you have to lose, honestly? Feel like a fool if he rejects you? You'll get over it. If he takes you up on it, well then, there you have it.
