I have plain unflavored popcorn and I air pop it. I also want it to be semi-healthy!

Go to www.foodnetwork.com and type in popcorn on the recipe finder part. I found so many easy ideas that I would have never even thought of! I have made Gooey Caramel Popcorn and it is soooo yummy....not the healthiest though!

They have a lot of options with herbs and spices that are tasty, really flavorful and low-fat.

A friend of mine also taught me to sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on popcorn and it's great! I promise it is a LOT better than it sounds.

you may not find a healthy popcorn topping because the popcorn has so much butter and salt but try cheese chunks and a hint of chili powder that is always good. dont use chocolate or caramel, it has to much sugar.

A little bit of old bay seasoning on top of popcorn is really good. Also a little bit of black pepper is good. Also a little bit of real Parmesan cheese is tasty. If you like spicier foods a bit of tabasco sause can be really great.

I use a garlic spray instead of butter, and then some garlic salt. Or you can regular spray or I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and chili powder. And a little Parmesan with either of them. Yummy.

I can't believe no one mentioned spraying the popcorn with Crisco butter spray and sprinkling on Butter Buds!
It tastes great and is low in sodium-the Butter Buds give a salty taste.
My kids love it and I do, too.

I only like salt or maybe a bit of butter. It is hard to get toppings to stick to air popped pop corn since there is no "grease" for it to stick to, even salt won't adhere to the popped kernels.

Add a little bit of salt and pepper. This is the most low calorie option. Otherwise, a sprinkle of sugar and salt will give you the kettle corn flavor.

Sprinkle some salt on it. Also, I like mixing chocolate chips in with mine. You could just buy dark chocolate chips to make it healthier.
