a change in my body from working out. I'm talking push-ups, sit-up,squats,free weights the whole deal plus jogging,cyceling and rock climbing. I'll start off easy of course but I just wanna to know what Time frame to plan on staying committeed to. I'm young, enegetic, 126lb, and I'm pretty fit already. Thanks.

if you are doing all of that consistently, then you should start to see changes in three to six weeks. the first changes should occur rather quickly but usually after six weeks or so your changes will slow down. don't be discouraged by this because all it means is that you need to up your workout. cycling is a really good way to get fit. it is one of the most affective because it uses all of your muscles. good luck.

I've always heard that it's much easier for someone who is really obese to realize results when starting a new exercise program compared to folks who are already in shape.
Reason being, their bodies are so not used to it, the weight just drops off quickly. Since you're already in shape, this might take a month or so to "see" results.
It also depends on how you are choosing to measure your success. If you are preoccupied about the scale, that's the worst thing you could do. Pay more attention to how your clothes fit or how you look in the mirror. Those are better indicators of how you're doing.
