I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, doesn’t use drugs, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

She can't be with someone else. If she would cheat on him to be with me, she would cheat on me to be with someone else.
To be honest (really!), it is the eyes to begin with. I am looking for some intelligence, not the vacant look of a druggie or prima donna. Usually one can tell if a person cares about others if their eyes look alert and focused.
Next is the voice, the laughter and finally, does she take care of herself. I don't mean does she look like she can bench press me. But does she care about being clean and healthy. I am not looking for Cindy Crawford, (well I wouldn't throw her away - though I am realistic, I am not in her league) but I am also not look for Rosanne either. Something in between would be nice.

I have a soft spot for any girl that's just a little tomboyish. I think that's so cute and such a turn on. I also like it if a girl is just a little b*tchy. If she gives a slight attitude or is loud than I'm right in there.

Her behavior, personality and looks! In some girls it shows and in others u have to look for it because their hidding it! Guys always look for a friendly, trustworthy and fun kind of person in a girl! Well hope this helps! Good luck!

I look at curves and lips. nice hair is a must. Nice eyes. Fit body. Clean, clear skin.

Looks.. and by that.. I mean how she cares for herself:
- is her hair clean? brushed? styled?
- are her clothes clean? ironed? fit?
- does SHE look clean? happy?
- does she look fit? does she appear to take care of herself?
- its not about makeup or WHAT you are wearing its about HOW you wear it.
- its not about implants
- its not about dressing in as little as possible
- its about taking care of your body - inside and out that
- its about showing everyone your "best side"
THATS what shows in everyone - every day. And THATS what attract and repels people.

MUST HAVE: Long hair, big boobs, trim body.
Then: Smile, eyes, sense of humor, firm butt, easy going, homemaking interests, devotion.
Last: Good job, education...
Can't have: smoking, drugs, drinking, big social life.
(and that is EXACTLY the woman I am with right now, and I found her online.)
