Oh I got the same e-mail. Isn't it fabulous? Always reaffirms my atheism.

I told that person they were a lousy witness of evolution and the dinosaurs were angry with them.

First off, you know what to say, you are just trying to insult the person and what they stand for. The best way to respond to this email is to kindly point out that this doesn't make any sense, if you do it in a harsh way you're being a lousy representative for atheists.

I am not an Atheist but I would:

Ask a question highlighting the hypocrisy subtly.

I would also probably spend a short time giggling like a Schoolboy.

Didn't know I was being called as witness? When does the trial start?

Ask them if they heard the screams of the millions of people who have been killed for his name, and that's why it's hard to hear that he wants witnesses.

Can you ask him to send me the e-mail himself, as you are passing judgement and I belive that is his sole domain.

Are you speaking to him directly or are the voices in your head acting up again?

When I finish laughing, I would respond: "Why thank you! That means I'm having the effect I intended; I certainly want to do nothing that would perpetuate that silly myth! Good to know I'm being effective."

I just raise my eyebrows and let it go. Some things in life aren't worth arguing if the other half of the communication isn't going to "get it" anyway.

One cannot be witness to "Christ" if one is not also a witness to Buddah at the same time. The point being that No religion is "correct".

Jesus and Buddah as well as a host of other Personalities share the same truth. It is culture and "time" that separates them and nothing more; "interpretation" is across the board.

A man once walked 5000 miles across a land and spoke of peace and was there to serve as a moral template to Spiritual evolution.

In each neighborhood he walked people saw him, heard him spread the word and they spoke of what they witnessed.

Some Neighborhoods were Anglo, some Asian, some Hispanic and Black, Yiddish, Jewish and so on; each neighborhood had a different view of the man and what was said and who was saying it. This was reality as they saw things their cultures taught them to interpret. Some saw the man as "son of God" and some as a prophet and some saw him as a nut and some never saw him.

Spiritualy man is dead, few are spiritualy inclined to see things as they truly are and in the event you have a Christian accusing you of being a bad witness, you are simply dealing with a personality of low spirituality whom is self serving; in short, they feel that need to push you down to prop them up. Funny, Christianity teaches the direct opposite if your are able to read spiritualy as opposed to literally the "fire and brimestone act" 1.0

A clue to truth is the Church Changing the truth to fit their personal needs (keeping the Church solvent); often "Popes" re-interpret thier "Bible" for the massess to keep the massess within the religion, a Shepard once had a flock within a large pen and day to day a lamb went missing; the Shepard tried to mend the fence but each day another went missing; the Shepard spoke with his Father whom showed him a pen was not needed if he were true to his flock, each might stray from time to time but always returned in times of need.

Churches, as Religious Institutions have the largest Pens as they need them.

Christianity, as a whole, is based on a false interpretation of events and even Jesus, the personality manifesting to speak the truth in the physical world, is distorted and described as "Literal", and this is the beggining of one of the the false prophets Christians were warned about.

Jesus represents TRUTH. He said seek "Me" and you shall have everlasting life; he said "seek the truth" and you shall have everlastingt life. Jesus ego was not large, he was humble, it was never about "Him" as a bridge to "God", it was always about you.

The everlasting life was about your abilities to creat and see things as they truly are; with that truth you set your own destiny's and take a seat next to "God" as Jesus did. Many Religions claim "God" as their own and further Claim Jesus belongs with them; this is thier Interpretations alone .

Jesus spoke of the false prophets and many Interpreted this to mean more would follow spreading a false word; Jesus was speaking Symbolically and saying aloud that the false prophet was "Your Self Delusions" of reality;

In Revelations "John" further spoke of Armageddon and it was Interpreted as the "end of times"; he was saying "Man and Spirituality are in Conflict", this is the true War that will end mans plight of Spiritual blackness. It was not about a physical war...as John spoke of the "New Jeruselum" he spoke Not of a new city, he spoke of Mans Spirituality being Awakened by evcents to come.

If one elects to read spiritually any Biblical text of Any religion will shed much truth of what reality is all about. As funny as this may seem to some, and not so to others "God", Jesus, and so one, Are Not "Religious-Holy types" as Many may think; that "Holiness" comes from the Church. Accepting oneself without guilt is exactly the message, the Chgurch teaches the opposite...

A man once "died" on the operating table and was later revivied. This has happened hundreds of thousands of times with simalar accounts known as "NDE" or "NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE".

The man stated he went throught the tunnel to the light and so one and met "Jesus"; he stated to Jesus "I never believed in you", how can this be? Jesus responded "Tuff Sh$%", I'm here, then smiled.

Not very Churchly, was he? Judgmental, Nope, angry? Nope. Glad to see the dead guy? Yep...
