I've been seeing Raffaela for six months now. I met her in Marseille on a missions trip in February. After talking her into leaving her husband, she has been working at my company for the last 3 months on a work visa.

The only real concern I have is that she doesn't seem too interested in her bible study. I have tried many different things, but they haven't seem to have taken yet. I even tried to have her use a coloring book. She did a fairly decent job with that (didn't always stay in the lines though. ha ha ha)

Well, now I have to introduce her to my parents this weekend, and I'm freaked out. My Mom hates the French anyway, and if my girlfriend isn't a Christian by then I don't know what she is going to do.

Honestly, I can't ask her to marry me unless she shares the same faith I do. How would we have any peace in bringing up our children if we can't walk them along the same path?

Thanks for reading my question, and God Bless you!

I am hoping that this post is a joke. If it is not...then you need to back off. Christianity is not about going to church just to say you went to church. Any religion is based on faith.

Why would you want this woman to leave her husband then treat her the way you do?

As for treating her like she is a 5 year old child, I think you need to realize that she is an adult.

When it comes to children I have known many people from different religions that have taught their children both and let them choose their path.

You are such a spiritual and good man. I can only pray to some day have someone so concerned for my well being as you are for Rafaela's'. I will say a prayer today for a man like you in my life. I hope to be forgiven for not being the perfect man servant. God Bless you my friend.

I can hardly believe your story.
You talk a woman out of a marriage.
You use colour books to study the bible.
You want her to have the same religion as yours.
You call her lost.

If this is all real you are an egoist who doesnt accept people how they are.

Tell her to keep coloring until she gets it right. Also give her some construction paper and scissors. Tell her to cut out shapes of hearts, stars, circles, and diamonds. This is a very crucial part to her future faith in the one true god.

You make her split up with her Husband and after patronizing her by giving her colouring books you want to force her into believing in God?
Why not go all Inquisition on her? That will make her convert.

Is she hot? because when it doesn't work out, send her my way.

I wouldn't go around telling too many people your girlfriend is loose.
Also you Mom hates the French? I thought it wasn't right to hate people in the bible...Oh hang on your Christian...ok it makes sense.

You're not really Christian either seeing as how you took another man's wife so it's not really a big deal if she's not Christian.
