I named my kitten socks because his paws were white and the new kitten we have we named mittens because of his paws. Once you do get a kitten I would pay close attention to his features and go from there. The name I have always liked is Garfield.

I always named mine from their personality..I waited a few days until I got to know him..I have a skittles, Ben, Lucky, Sebastian, Star, Zeppelin, Sammy, and mooch..there are so many fun names for cats try looking online for suggestions

There's sooo many different ways to go about naming a cat . . . I have two cats. My first one: She (her coloring) is known as a "tortie" or "tortoise shell". So I found "Kameko" which means tortoise is Japanese.
My other girl is just simply let name herself. Working with a no-kill shelter we had lots of kittens to name constantly and I found it worked best to not name them. Their personality does it. Playing around with it and calling it you will eventually find a name that keeps coming up . . . you go with that!

I'm getting a kitty tomorrow and if it is a boy I am going to name it BANDIT. I think that is a cute/macho name.

i named my cats kittens by thier personality why not try that. thier names are Zebedee (you know from the magic round about?) and George (cause he looks like a George).

you have to name a cat by its personality or wwhat it loks like or reminds you of people can give hundreds of names but you'll have to be the judge and jury on it good luck

Name him after a character in one of your favorite video games like Kratos in God of War or another name of something you're into. You can also name him after something he reminds you of or something he is like if he was born in april name him after his zodiac, aries.

think of things like biblical names or ancient gods names. they're my fav because they are better than something like fluffy. they're unique.
