It could be that these two have been friends for years and their friendship is just that.
It could be that she has the hots for him - especially if she was a friend of yours (you mean you don't yet understand that EVERY woman is in competition with each other?)
It could be that she fills a need he has that you don't.
It could be a lot of things.
What YOU need to do is decide what YOU want to do. How does this make YOU feel? If you don't feel like dealing with this.... end the relationship. Why would you want all this stress in your life? Why would you want all this drama?
When it comes down to it.... if he were really into you and just you alone then that girl would not be doing that. He would have told her ON HIS OWN that it wasn't appropriate anymore because he is going out with someone. But he obviously hasn't... so... there you go.
So unless you thrive on drama and need it in your life to survive... I'd say tell him why you don't think you should go out anymore (in a very nice way - being mean will ALWAYS bite you in the butt later) and just end it.

For starters, I would frequent a different mall. This is happening because he's letting it happen, and there's no sign it's going to stop anytime soon, and every chance that things can escalate. Your boyfriend may benefit from a change of perspective. Do you have any guy friends that could help you stage a production for his benefit that will let him see what that feels like from the receiving end? It's a bit of a childish tactic, but it has been known to work. After all, you know what it feels like and you obviously don't like it....neither will he.

I'd tell him to make her back off and tell her he doesn't like her and that he likes you and only you. If he can't then may be you'd be better off finding some one who does like you and only you. Make him choose. It's the hardest thing in the world for a guy to do because they know if they screw up they're toast. Some times the best punishment for a guy is catching them in a lie. You'd be surprised at the lengths they go to to make up and prove they love you.

Just tell him how you feel, that its not fair for you and give him the reverse scenerio, how would he feel if you jumped into another guys arms while he was there and started flirting with him. Tell him he can still be friends with her, but he needs to cut out all that flirting crap.
and if it still keeps going where he stops but she keeps going, maybe you should have a "friendly" lunch with this girl and tell her its inapporiate make sure its a public lunch and you talk calmly with no bitchy tone, say it friendly like, with no malice or anything.
anyway goodluck

If they flirt in your face and he allows her to do all that imagine what else he would allow her to do. Ask yourself would he be okay with it if you were behaving that way with another guy? Tell him how you feel and if it makes you feel better kick her butt because she is probably just doing it to piss you off in the first place, but tell him whats up and if you see no change in their behavior then I suggest you leave him alone because that means he just doesnt give a damn and likes her.

He may say he doesn't like her, but is disrespecting you! You want a boyfriend that makes you feel good, not bad. Tell him how you feel without questioning him or putting him on the spot. He may not be the one for you. It's all about communication, talk it out!

You don't have to put up with anything if you don't want to. Talk to him, tell him that you don't appreciate her disrespecting you as his girlfriend by doing these things, and that you're not going to make him choose. But also tell him that if you don't like it, and you can't deal with it, that you'll leave. He'll probably stop talking to her. And if he doesn't, well then sweetheart, he's SO not worth your precious time.

why are you putting up with this guy?
1. don't talk to the girl. ever. just don't
2. tell the guy you're cool with him talking to or even hanging out with the girl, but not with her leaping into his arms
3. if he keeps up with the flirting, give him up and let them frigging be together or be alone or whatever. you deserve better than a guy who brushes you off to the side though, just remember that.
