Business principles in the bible?

If you use biblical principles in your business, what are they and can you write them them with the reference.
I am trying to grow my business using God's principles so if you are successful in business as a christian, a pastor or someone who is passionate in helping christian newbies start businesses, I would appreciate your help.

I just recently saw a Charles Stanley interview with the owner and founder of Chick-Filee restaurants. He will not let his fast food restaurants open on Sunday. And he likes for his people to say "My Pleasure" when someone says thank you.

I have been at one of his businesses from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. and seen cars lined up in the street to get into his place of business. This man is blessed by God.

I own my own business, and by following Christian principals of honesty, trust, and charity, you are going to improve your chances of success.

The stereotype of the greed businessman that cheats on his taxes and treats his employees and suppliers like crap are off the mark. Most of those people don't last long in the business world.

Have a good business plan, be realistic in your expectations, invest back into the business instead of taking to much out of it, and don't do it just for the money. Part of your mission is to help the people that work for you to have a better life, another part of your mission is to provide a needed product or service to your community. If you do this, the money will follow.
