First of all, elephants, pigs, and tigers are also mammals, so that issue is non existent.
One big reason is that elephants and tigers are not domesticated animals for the most part. Pigs, on the other hand, are domesticated, but can be very savage and farmers have to provide a space for the piglets away from the sow so she won't kill them. They just don't have the personality to be milked.

maybe cuz it causes hormone problems, cows are mammals so its a good thing to have milk from the same family
