Depends. Sometimes in the bedroom it is nice. Otherwise no.

Being controlled by whom ? All the history of mankind shows that people all the time wanted to get control over others. This contradicts to principles of Democracy and also this contradicts to the Gospel. There is no mediator between God and man, but Jesus Christ the Righteous. Only God is faithful, but every man is deceitful. It is very dangerous to give a man the power over other man's life. There are some sects and secret organizations that wants to get control over other people, but it is illegal and against God. Even in Torah ( the Law of Moses) God commanded so that was one judgment for all people.

There is an important balance to everything in life.
True freedom always will have rules to follow, or else
it would be like floating off into space - with nothing
and no way to survive, no true "aim"!
Religion can be stifling, God is not, though.
He is anything but stifling - He gives great
opportunities to reach higher than we possibly
can without - like a parent driving us to go
skating or something else fun like that for the
first time! It's JUST like that - even better!

I like being controlled sometimes. When you are controlling, you have to make the decisions and that requires knowing what to do. Sometimes it's nice to have decisions made for you.
However, I only like being controlled by certain people, like my fiancee, or in certain situations, like a building evacuation.
I agree with you on being controlled by religions. Again, if you put someone in control, it's best that their decisions are not just based on superstition.

No one is "controlled" by religion. We have the free will to choose to be a Christian or not to be one. The Scripture PLAINLY states, "CHOOSE you this day whom you will serve......." There's no inherent need of control, for if there were, there would be no free will! We'd all be living "pre-sin" in a Utopic Eden-like existence, but with no sense of what LOVE was meant to be!

No, i don't want to be controlled, but i feel that religion isn't controlling me, most effective guide I've got, better then the education system "Have sex when you want cause it feels good", but I'm far happier being a 21 year old virgin, plus, atleast i don't have to be torchered for all eternity :-)

We need to be controlled, but by ourselves, not by others. Religion should give you values, guidelines. It 'should' know how things work and if it doesn't then what value is it? It should know the laws of existence and tell you what they are. After that, it's up to you to either follow those laws or not.

No, I do not want to be controlled by anyone but myself. It is very important to have control over your own life and your reactions to things that happen in life. My religion does not control me.

Not at all. Actually my mind can't stand the thought that something or someone control me. I'm no ones slave. EVER. Especially not some idea from some book threatening me with hellfire.

Being in control of your own self should be enough to get along in this world. Its when you attempt control over others that you better consider backing off or getting into therapy.
