Selam its my friends birthday and i want to send her a card but i want some of it to be in turkish can somebody write some sayings in english and then in turkish for me please! like "have a wonderfull birthday" the usual saying please help me thanks :)

Dogum gunun kutlu olsun .....(the name) nice mutlu yillara kendine iyi bak hoscakal.
in english:
Happy birthday to you ....(the name) i hope you will have a great year take care good bye.
