Wait, how much of that stuff is gone now? I literally knew/remembered/watched every line you said except two, I always had a computer, had a 8088 CPU, later a 286,386sx (too poor for a dx),486...(Those were in order up until 6th grade); btw couple comments: -WHAT is with almost everyone responding mentioning the TV show Dinosaurs? I had to google to make sure I wasn't confusing it with another show, but the first result was what I was thinking ("I'm the baby, Gotta love me!"), I always thought that was the second worst TV show ever Aired in the US - 2nd only to Fragile Rock! -TGIF was great, but not as awesome as Sci-Fi Prime! Also SNICK cannot be left out, you listed more of it's shows than TGIF's. -Sabrina the Teenage which, that was the show with the girl from Clarissa Explains it all (Am I Right? lol j/k I know it is) -God, Sponge bob - and I thought Barney was as dumbed down as it could get (Loved the movie Death to Smoochy lol) I think the types of shows kids watch is half the reason kids are doing worse in school these days, they're just designed to be understandable by someone with a poorly below average IQ, Remember, TV is the most commonly used babysitter in America by far! -- What happened to good old children's TV shows like Teddy Ruxpin (needed an honorable mention since it was missing from your list). - Ring Pops? Had one of those Hard Pacifiers that you would wear on a necklace and try to chew through but you never could. That fad didn't last very long, lol. Then again - Pog's? Heck I should get a little wooden display case for my slammers and hang it on the wall.

Sounds like Grotbags, try Google, see if she's the one! She was in The Pink Windmill with Rod Hull (R.I.P) and Emu. She also presented kids TV for a while on ITV, back in the days when there was childrens TV of an afternoon!
