I'm carrying acess water weight, please help. Don't want to take pills.

try jogging or if you dont want to leave the comfort of your house an ab work out
or an arobics class

if you decrease your salt intake and conversely drink MORE water, you should lose water weight. drinking caffeinated beverages and alcohol makes you retain water. fried foods makes you retain water...basically everything yummy makes you retain water. :(

steam/sweat bath (i lost 5 lbs after 2 hours in a sweatbath in japan)

there might be some bath salts that you could use that will help with this...check at your local health store...

Don't eat food with too much sodium in it. And drink plenty of water. Drink enough to make your pee clear.
