i would say the same(having a small meal,taking a shower and some rest)but also try to apply a massage cream on you muscles just after the hot shower

Walk around for about 5 minutes and then stretch some. I eat a protein bar and drink some water, take a shower and look forward to the rest of the day.

you should do 100m and 200m all out sprints.. about 16 of them and then go sit down in a chair or at a computer and check your myspace for new comments and friend requests immediately following the speed session

walk around to cool down and then drink some water or powerade or whatever...but not too much drink it in slow sips...make sure not to sit down for awhile because it's bad after running i like going in the water afterwards to cool down
