Hi,
My supervisors harass me a lot.
What they do is promise a thing
and then not deliver it. How to counter them.

Promise me projects then don't respond then say the other side did not respond.
Promise me promotion then don't respond, and say it is still taking time.

If they harass you, document it and go to their supervisors and/or human resources to file a complaint....or find a good attorney.
Other than that, find another job.

1) That's not harassment.
2) Next time they promise you something, make them put it in writing.
3) If they're promising you projects and then not giving them to you, then it's possible that the project just fell through. If they promised you a promotion and then failed to promote you, they might have just changed their mind and/or found a better candidate. Regardless, it sounds like they're either discussing things with you too early or you're taking what they consider to be "maybe" discussions to be conversations about what's definitely going to happen.

Then only GOD can be anti-satanic. Read me carefully, I said, anti-satanic as if people would say, anti-christ. Just because, you said, the satan is your boss here.
Oh! where the hell You and I are in!
I am not a prophet who got a revelation from GOD to be anti-satanic yet. I will quit the job for a new one in the queue. Believe I have quitted around 5 or 6 jobs for almost the similar reasons. But only to work under more such satans. Why is it that the earth is habituated by satans?

I have to tell them being Christian didn't make me the little boy they use to pick on in school. That they could either show some respect or I'd leave.
Seems like you have had both cheeks slapped repeatedly. A good old fashion poke in the nose may be what they need.
Why stay and take the abuse. Trust in God who said cast not your pearls before swine and come out from amongst them.
As a Christian you are the winner in all their games so stand up for yourself. Humble is one thing but humiliated is another.

Start getting things in writing from now on, compile a list of things that they don't do. Make copies of these things for yourself. I don't really know what to do after that, maybe go to their supervisors, although I am not sure if that is such a great plan. Otherwise, just get a new job, I guess.
Other plan is just to talk to them about what you are angry about, although I am not sure about this either. Lastly, you can just deal with it and not do anything. Sorry, not really sure what you should do.

if your stressful supervisor's extra advantageous is around and obtainable, i could make a unsleeping attempt to befriend him/her- and enable the supervisor comprehend it. in the event that they think of you're on friendly words with their boss, that's incredibly possibly that their attitude will unexpectedly shift. If this does not artwork, or if the supervisor is mature sufficient to shelter it (inspite of the undeniable fact that bullying does not point out they are...) you could desire to continuously attempt telling this individual who you sense you deserve the two a develop or a shrink on your workload. pay interest to those around you, and how plenty artwork they are doing. that would supply you gasoline to your debate. If truly each and everything else fails, you could continuously document a criticism with Human components. Insulting workers in unacceptable, and HR ought to have the skill to self-discipline or in any different case step in to treatment the difficulty.

Banky_edwards and Chrissy_ Bell are right. Unfortunately what you describe is all too common. Most people in your position have had to find another job, which in the majority of cases has been successful. Some have emigrated (from UK) and benefited.

Is there someone higher up that you could talk to about this? Have you tried to talk to them personally? If not, it may be the best idea to look for a job elsewhere.
