I am redecorating my room and i want to buy some new posters online. However, i dont like the posters the websites have and my dad was telling me that some sites allow you to upload your own pictures and they will turn them into posters for you!!! Does any one know of any such site?

Have you checked out ebay? They have sellers of posters of all kinds and sizes, and many give discounts on multiple orders, and the prices are good. Not sure if they can make posters out of your own pictures, but they might!
