JACK: This jews for jesus is a trick to convert jews to christianity, The Israeli Supreme Court also made clear its feelings on Jews for Jesus as it applies to eligibility for aliyah. While all Jews are eligible to receive Israeli citizenship, the Supreme Court determined that Jews for Jesus are not actually Jews, as belief in Jesus as the Messiah is not a Jewish value. Rather, they said, Jews for Jesus "marks the clear separation between Judaism and Christianity" (1993).

Many Jews are infuriated by Rosen's evangelizing methods. In response, Jews have created several organizations to combat Jews for Jesus and other messianic organizations.

Jews for Judaism” and "“Outreach Judaism” are non-denominational organizations that fight against missionaries and cults who are seeking to convert Jews. These Jewish outreach organizations do not try to convert Christians to Judaism, but rather, they focus on educating Jews about their own heritage. The organizations offer classes, counseling, and another perspective for Jews who have been persuaded by Christian missionary organizations. "Jews for Judaism" uses some of its rival's tactics, and disproves the idea of Jesus as the Jewish Messiah by using excerpts from the New Testament.

Yep sure do, and the general feeling is not good. People at my school say things are "jewish" meaning something didnt work out, we have also had a lot of hate crimes on campus where bulletins were defaced and had crude remarks about jews, blacks or arabs on them. People have also spit on gay couples, spraypainted buildings and threatended the lives of minorities all due to ignorance and hate. Jewish people also have to deal with the fact that many people don't understand their religion and make big stereotypes about them. Indeed the only thing worse than being Jewish now, was being Jewish during WWII...ok maybe its not too bad at all but I do wonder how it feels to people who are actually Jewish. In fact I will go ask my friend evan as soon as I have a chance.

The old testament was from Jewish history since Jesus was a Jew. The Catholics claim that their religion originated with Jesus. That is why the bible is (supposedly) the way it is. The old testament held the history of Jesus's people while the new testament had to do with Jesus and the new beliefs.

Indeed I have wondered the same thing.

And have spoken to a Rabbi about it.

And learned a LOT thereby.

And got a copy of the Tanakh, which I refer to whenever people start quoting from the various translations they have in the Christian bible.

Too many Jews have forgotten their Bible, even fewer would be offended. Still there is hope for Israel. They will turn to Yeshua and recognize him as their Messiah, it's just a matter of time. Ironically this too is prophesied in their Bible.

Gee.. did you not know that Jesus is a Jew? The New Testament is merely an extention of the Old. To be a Christian is to be a completed Jew. A messianic Jew.

What starts out as being offended quickly turns to incredulousness and then, even to pity.

there is no way i could ever activate human beings in my Church, they are my family individuals. i assume it incredibly is incredibly not hassle-free to not offend human beings each so often. I went to this dare 2 share little ones convention in Denver some days in the past and we went from door to door asking human beings for cans and then witnessing to them. some have been offended and theory it replaced into too own of a query, yet we'd opt to assist them because of the fact we care, and not in hassle-free terms us, yet God cares. And we are in a position to nonetheless worship how we please in united statesa.. each so often human beings think of their way is larger and attempt to allow you to comprehend that yours is worse. even in spite of the undeniable fact that there is in hassle-free terms one way yet devil had to curl each thing up merely to get human beings faraway from God, so he began with recommendations comparable to the way, yet with twists and turns and that there is greater to do. yet it incredibly is a incredibly not hassle-free question, tell them which you do not opt to offend them by ability of asking could be my terrific guess at not offending somebody... i think of that's what i could do... there is no way a Christian could activate their individual, except they weren't severe and have been merely there messing around. yet we symbolize our author, and that i comprehend no person at my church could ever do something to harm one yet another, no count what the different individual could have accomplished. and diverse anybody is persecuted on a daily basis by ability of what they think. in the experience that your muslim pal is offended by ability of praying earlier nutrition, it incredibly is totally properly, he does not could desire to, notwithstanding it incredibly is something that i'm happy for. in the tale of the boy with the two fish and 5 loafs of bread, regardless of if it wasn't adequate for the over 5,000 human beings, Jesus thanked God for what he had. the secret isn't praying for what you opt for, yet what you have.
