I would wait on 30 mintues too, if a person is late and doesn't call with a explaination says a lot about their character.

You should wait as long as you can but not until too long as things do happen if you feel she is too late, then should make a follow up to know exactly what could be the cause of her lateness. This is not just to women but to any partner if they are late and too late i mean then we should not take it and start judging them but to at least find out what could have happened. Judging on lateness should come after understanding the matter behind the lateness.

I would call her after 30 minutes and if no response I would wait 15 minutes longer,just in case something really came up.But it really depends on what level your relationship is on.

30 to 45 mins than leave her.....if she knew what time your plans where for than theres no excuse
