Celery. You burn more calories chewing it than there are in the actual piece.

probably lots of foods have high water content, however the two that I'm sure about are celery and water melon. Wter has nil calories so you are not going to find any food with no calories. celery is very low in calories and actually takes more energy to digest than energy consumed, watermelon is just a lovely sweet tasting water with calories.

Decaf coffee with no milk or sugar, use non sugar sweetener if you need to have some. zero calories and considered a replacement for water. Also, decaf tea the same way. Or diet sodas without caffeine and be sure there are no carbs listed on the label.

here is the list of zero calorie foods,these food take more energy to eat and prosess than they are in calories,,beets,zuccini,onions,celery are among many listed

one good recipe is to saute zuccini in a non stick pan sprayed with a bit of olive oil ,add onions saute a few min then add a can of chopped stewed tomatoes simmer untill desired doneness top with low fat cheese parm or romano very good

Watermelons, they're full of water. They're also sweet but healthy ( not so many calories I think).
