Is this bad to have everyday 5 days a week. It's the only thing I like to have for at school for lunch, and it's easy to pack, so would this be bad everyday for lunch?

sounds very healthy, although I think its better to vary your food, there must be other easy to pack things you like. Still, much healthier than most school dinners. Sounds very like my daughter's packed lunch today... wholewheat pittas with tuna, cereal bar, grapes and chocolate soy milk

It sounds all right but, a bit boring to have EVERYDAY try adding a different type of salad tuna, chicken,. I like a chicken salad with slivered almonds, red/green grapes halved and some raisins/carrots shredded.. It good and healthy and if you wanted you could substitute a low/no fat mayo.. Or try a turkey/cheese roll-up.. I take a large tortilla (whole wheat/tomato whatever..) and put a thin layer of ranch dressing, shredded cheese, lettuce,and deli turkey... Roll it up, cut it in half and it's a nice lunch with a fruit salad.. Give yourself a little bit of variety... good luck

Providing that you eat sensibly at other meal times, no problem at all. School is bad enough without eating something that you don't like whilst you are there.

if this is your one meal then you must make sure you have vegetables for dinner and a light breakfast
