its not possible (and unwise also) to predict a person's characteristics from his name only. so sorry, i can't suggest anything about the person...but i can tell u about the name, possibly it means "one who has conquired over his mind (more accurately,consciousness)."
ok its a good name, but very rare...and doesn't sound attractive to me. likely a Shikh name.
