How do I catch Tautog at the Jersey shore this Fall?

I am asian and tog is a fish that can be used in many asian dishes.

Jetty fish. Tautogs hang out near rocks because they feed on crabs and sand fleas. Plenty of jetties along the Jersey coast. Just remember tautogs first take the bait into the mouth, first bite, and push it back to the crushers in the back of the throat, the second bite. You have to wait several seconds after the first bite to set the hook. Use green, fiddler, or brown crabs for bait.
