It's all about the intentions:
Is she only in it for money? Stability? To spite her parents?
Is he only in it to feel young again? The sex? To impress friends?
...
And in response to your question in LGBT about your story, I say youlet the girl find anotherlove while the gay has one of his own...
Something like...
Gay gets boyfriend, girl sees gays together -- is jealous at first, but then realizes she just wants the same relationship w/ someone else, she struggles but finally finds love in a character who has been pursuing her throughout the stoy, but she hadsn't noticed because of her crush....

Not if you know that the main reason he's dating you is for you thin, tight, high school body. If you're cool with that then go for it.
