Trust me, I often have. It's better to laugh than cry, & unfortunately, it's usually me I am laughing at. I cause most of my own misfortune.

Yes, because whenever things don't seem to be going the way that I want them to I just remember this passage and it makes me smile.

James 1:2 Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, 3 for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. 4 And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

I have laughed so many times. Sometimes it's harder because my ego kicks in and also emotions and that makes it difficult. Other times, what else can you do? Some situations seem so comical and also remembering that nothing stays the same, we do not live in stasis helps me to bridge the ego/laughter gap.

Yes. A few weeks ago I was thrown of my horse (he's HUGE) and I laughed even though I could barely stand. I was stuck in bed for a few days, but I found it funny. I love that horse.

Depends on the misfortune, and how long it lasts.

I have to sometimes. It's almost impossible not to. Have a look at some of my questions, and you'll see why.

If I cannot laugh at myself, then I am the only one not laughing.

That would upset me, so I need to accept the humour instead and carry on.

I chalk up my misfortunes to Karma, I must have done something to bring it on. Ya know what they say

Yes and I laugh at my silliness but it's more fun when there's someone to share the moment with me first hand.

Some times it seems bad at the time but things have a way of turning around where they weren't that bad after all.

i think its great to laugh at your self because of this great example

i bought an electric toy thing to play with your friends and out of stupidity i connected them to my body and pressed the button , it shocked very painfully and i had this tingle sensation around my body for a couple of hours you see i thought i took out the batteries
