There are many styles that train for this.
Most Kung Fu styles are based on Buddhism, where submitting an opponent using Chin Na was preferable to killing them... but there are some offshoots that took the Kung Fu techniques to deadly levels, these include Karate, (Okinawan China Hand, now Empty Hand) which teaches to kill with "one punch." (This is the mindset, and with the correct instruction, a lot of damage can be done with one punch) Judo was also developed as a sport, so took away the deadly force considered uncivilized in the 20th century. However, a Judo-ka can study old techniques and texts of his own art, and learn with very minimal adjustments how to kill.
The eastern martial arts though, founded by the Bodhidharma, were in general not meant to kill, but to stop someone without having to kill them. (submission, maiming, pain response, etc) Weapon arts (such as Kenjitsu, fencing, archery and sharpshooting) are much more effective at this, if it's your only goal.

If you are thinking of kill someone with your bare hands, you are not ready to take on any martial art training. The study of any martial art is not to have such goals. Focus on learning and bettering yourself instead. Then when you obtain the knowledge you won't consider going through with it. You don't need martial art to kill anyone, just a gun...or a good baseball bat.

Karate would work just fine, just modify one of the takedowns to slam their skull into the ground or pull that neck crank for one more pop. Of course, killing should be a last resort since it is better/safer/easier to avoid before fighting, fighting before injuring, injuring before maiming, maiming before killing. I'd estimate that 99.9% of people stop putting your life in danger around the maiming stage thus giving nobody any good excuse to intentionally kill with their bare hands except in the most exceptional situations.

I don't think its a style question, its about knowing your targets.
BTW.... why do you want to have this kind of skill and why would you put your intentions into the public?
