Yes,we all have Souls, our spirit that lives in our body house the soul and it maintain the mind and the heart. The body dies (heart stop, the mind lives on a few second longer) but the spirit lives on (housing the soul). I feel the spirit is regenerate into new life when it gains a heart and carries over very little of those thoughts of the past life. This is were Daj'vu come into play because, the spirit's soul remember those fragments of thoughts.I believe this because my spirit tell me this is so.

We are a "soul" or a living body - we do not have a "soul" .
The immortality of the soul is a spurious dogma which started from Satan in the Garden of Eden, with our first parents Adam & Eve. The Egyptians employed the immortal soul piece to scare the masses into believing that if he or she doesn't obey the Egyptians authorities, he or she will be lost forever in a under world ("hell") later, when the Greeks conquered Egypt, under Ptolomy Sotor, they adapted to the Egyptian gods and borrowed the "immortal soul" dogma from them ("hell" included) and this spread into the Greek (Helenistic ) culture in the middle east too. The bible is clear on the non-existence the "immortal soul" . In the Book of Ezekiel, it tells us that ,"the soul that sins, it shall die" - if the soul was "immortal", how could it die? Factually, the body and the word "soul" can be used interchangebly re: living body or living soul. There you have it. Your answer is: "NO" we do not have an "immortal soul" we ARE a living soul - not immortal. Only Jesus is "immortal" (see: First Timothy chapter 6, verse 16).

I assume (makes an *** out of u and me) that you mean immortal soul? The answer is no. There is no passage in the bible that indicates man has such a soul. Man is mortal.

The souls of people are the thoughts of God.

When God thinks, he thinks kids, as these baby souls- thoughts swirl around God's head, God breathes into His thoughts-souls and God creates spirits, because He is spirit, and these new spirits are sent to earth to be redeem.

Yes. Soul (microchip-disc-teleportable), which is like a CD, recording every act of people and their thinking.
