It is impossible to believe every word in the bible, unless you have split personality disorder, because so many of them contradict themselves. What you can do is CLAIM to believe every word of the bible, follow the passages that you like, and when shown contradictory passages, learn a few tricks on how to explain them away.

As long as the bible was read in its correct context, and people looked deeper into scripture than just what someone has translated or versionised (if such a word :P) Then yeah, this is why most christians have a misconception of alot of scripture, and jump to conclusions because they read it for the words not the context in which it was written, therefore not understanding

The book was written more than 400 years after the death of the main character, how accurate can it possibly be? The book itself contradicts itself on many different levels but yet people still live and die by it. This is where the words closed minded and ignorant come into play.

Yes. All are truth nothing but the truth. Truth may seems to be dead for sometime, but it will resurrect.

You can ask questions and you have to read the Bible daily. if you read The Bible daily, slowly you will get all answers one by one. For that you need patience.

The ones as wacko as the Taliban do. Their twins, ones Christian, the other is Muslim. other than they're the SAME.
People may not like that. But I don't want my country turned into the Christian equivalent of a Arab country with offical "religion" police like Saudi Arabia.
