Think about it-if you just so happened to born in Pakistan or Thailand the high chances are that you would be going to hell as there is a very slim chance you'd be reading the bible. Is this the reason you honour your mother and father because of where they happened to live and for their views?

No I don't believe in an afterlife at all. I am simply using this question to illustrate the stupidity of religious as the majority of its believers are so due to geography.

So are you suggesting that there are no Christians in Pakistan or Thailand????? I'm sure you'll Honor your mother and father even if you belong to any other religion !!!!!
No I am not suggesting that there are none. I just have this crazy crazy theory that the majority of people in Thailand are buddhist. It gets even crazier when I tell you that I think the vast majority of people born in Pakistan are muslim because it is a muslim culture. Don't quite know where I get these things from....

I don't think any beneficial god would allow some 66% of this planet to burn in hell because they didn't believe in your fairy stories.

I'm a Pakistani Muslim living in Malaysia but I can tell you there are numerous Churches in Pakistan. LOL, my neighbours were non-practicing Christians.
Christian - Bible - Truth - Heaven! Suppose to be sarcastic towards Christians right?
Ok, Although this question is from an atheist to Christians, I thought I would just clear out some ignorance.

You betray an utter ignorance of:
1. Christianity (the real stuff--not the garbage from the fundamentalists who hog the media spotlight).
2. Spirituality, and the meaning of life and things eternal, in its own unique cultural context.
3. Intellectual honesty (which keeps an open mind about the beliefs of other people. Intellectually honest people at least respect the beliefs of other people--even if they do not share those beliefs.
You're no better than the Christian fundamentalists to whom you attribute beliefs about which you know nothing.
You seem to be saying, "You believe this crap (religion) and I don't, so I must be smarter than you." Leave people be to believe what they want, and stop trying to make fun of others.
I apologize for my harsh words, but I cannot abide intellectual snobs.

Hehe.. Yeah if Christianity IS the only way, why would a new born child in an islamic or jewish or buddhic country pay the price and live his life under another religion's rule, and then "go to hell"?! He also was seeking God, but just like he has been taught, and he never had the chance to discover Christianity.. so is it his fault? why would he "go to hell"? and why would new born babies in christian families be more lucky than he is?!
This means Christianity makes life unfair, though it claims God is just. mmmmm

There is no doubt about it. America is the Promised Land for God's Christians. The odds of being Christian in a Muslim country are next to none. That is why the church is commanded to go and teach all nations of the saving Grace of God the Father through His Son Jesus.
See that, Christians?

in simple terms simply by fact we don't scientifically understand the motives of specific phenomena does not recommend that no reason exists. that's totally authentic with something as confusing to appreciate and learn as particle physics and quantum physics. while it is the case, we in simple terms admit that we don't understand what the reason being, and we save searching for it to purpose to appreciate. that's not a count of religion, that's in simple terms an acknowledgment that there are nonetheless issues we don't understand. hence, that's not logical to deduce that there is a God which does not have a reason, simply by fact there are gaps in our scientific know-how. it quite is doubly irrelevant to assume that the God which could exist is the Christian God defined interior the Bible, simply by fact the logical inferences you provided make no indication as to which of the 1000's of religions which exist is the final one. EDIT: in contrast to quantum physics, the technique of evolution is properly understood, and has been verified and proved on multiple events. there is not any valid debate approximately whether evolution is a actuality.

I don't feel lucky, I feel blessed. With blessings should come the burden to share your abundance with those that have less than you. So, to thank God for giving me freedom, I use what resources I have to help the missions revolution that is happening in the 10-40 window of the most unreached people in the world. I keep my eye open for every opportunity to share what I have given and must constantly lay down what I have been given to serve others in practical ways. You don't have to read the Bible to be saved, just believe that Christ is your savior and confess it to him. If you read the book "Revolution in World Missions" you might find that people are being killed in the 10-40 window for preaching the gospel yet the church is spreading like wild-fires. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't die trying to "preach" to the world your views on the stupidity of humans for daring to believe in something.

I try to be a tolerant person, but those who are this close minded do not deserve to exist. Do you honestly believe that those born in areas that lack widespread publication of a fictional anthology of stories are predisposed to suffer in the "afterlife?"

and what's so special about the bible that would change someone's mind? It has many contradictions, violence, sexisim etc and it has no miracles what so ever.
I have read the bible. The only thing it did for me is make me more convinced of the word of God, the true word of God: The Quran. Yes I've found the Jesus, the true Jesus. Jesus of The Quran.
