in Sicily for the Republic of Martinia?

The Republic of Martinia has a shared consulate in Palermo, Sicily. I don't know the exact location. Martinia shares the consulate with its fellow South American republic, Parana.

I guess you mean the republic of Martinia in south america. I don't know about Sicily, but there is a Martinian consulate in Southampton. It's a small place comprising just 2 rooms.

not that i know of , i have looked , why not contact the Embassy of Panama in Italy , to ask if they have an enclave for the Republic of Martinia ?

There is no such republic as Martinia. Thus, there is also no consulate for it.
