beat eggs with a bit of milk and add sugar if you like it sweet. i always add sugar. i always put two slices of bread on top of each other and cut in to four triangles, and soak each two-piece triangle in the mix before shallow frying. that way the inside part of the eggy-sandwich is still wonderfully moist and yummy!

Whisk some eggs in a bowl. dip the bread in to it then fry on both side. My kids love it with a sprinkling of sugar. Its also known as Gypsy toast.

my kids love this all i do is break some eggs in bowl mix them up , cut bread in half dip them in then fry in frying pan with little bit of oil. my kids love tomato ketchup with it.
