1. A direct variation of the more formal "How are you doing?"
2. "Just" here, reflects contentment that, at the moment, nothing is wrong.

I believe the question How do you do. came from the time of the pleague, when people were dying by the millions. The question meaning,,,how are you doing, asking about health. the fine part was believe to come from a Doctors, check up, at the same time period, Everyone had to see the doctor because of the virus spreading so quickly, when he checked you and nothing were wrong,. You were not great, but you were fine. Doctors still use that word today.

1-what is the meaning of (How do u do?)
It is usually used as an almost meaningless greeting, a more formal version of "How are ya?" The response is not supposed to be a litany of health problems, but something nearly as meaningless like "As well as can be expected" or "Just fine" which is followed by "And you?" short for "and how are you?"
2-what is the meaning of JUST here
I`m just fine
It is a basically meaningless emphasis word to lengthen the response. "I'm fine" is all soft consonants and vowels and seems repressed, so "I'm just fine" allows a more forceful emphasis without offering any detail.

Uh... people in America don't usually say "How do you do?" It's a bit too proper. It's asking how someone is: how they feel, what they're up to, what's going on, etc. Here we say, "How's it goin'?" or "What's up?" or a bunch of other slang things.
Just doesn't have a meaning there. It could be dropped out of the sentence entirely and not change the meaning. It's one of those things people insert, like "very" or "really."

1. "How do you do" is a greeting used usually only when people are meeting each other for the first time. Loosely translated, it means "Nice to meet you."
2. "I'm just fine" means "I'm quite fine" or "everything is perfectly okay with me."
