I dont suffer from spots but i have a very uneven skin tone. i get red blemishes on my cheeks, which often look like i have been punched in the face! My daily skin routine at the mo is cleanse tone with loreal stuff, moiturise with nivea stuff which makes my skin quite oily. then i put on a thin layer of foundation then a light dusting of powder for a matte loook. however the blemishes stil show thru. are there any cleansing or deep cleaning products that will make my skin a nice even colour? i live in UK.

Well i use too also have bad skin my secret is. You don't need all that cleanser and toner, all you need is a normal sun screen moisturiser, a light colour skin powder for going out and try drinking 2 or more litres of water daily. I also find if you can see through the powder then underneath put a light even cream coloured moisturiser on, but just a thin layer you can find most of these and more products at the cancer council store. Good Luck

You can try face creams specifically designed to gently even out and blend uneven skin tone leaving you with soft skin too there are many on the market just be careful not to steer towards face bleaches that would ruin your skin...try Boots chemist you cannot go wrong there is always someone willing to give advice, another good tip is exfoliation this does what they call "Polishing" the skin helps to smooth the skin too while eventually fade blemishes, good luck.

I know Your going to be like is this kid psycho, but coffee grind it honestly works. It wont hurt to try. But use used coffee grind; in addition just store it in a small topper ware and store it in a medicine cabinet. For the uneven skin tone it may be scars in that case use Acne Free Scar Fade & Erase it worked for some scars I had on my left cheek, and evened out the tone. Another solution that I use is Clean and Clear with a hot cloth and scrub my face. i reccommend using a cloth at all times avoid using your hands. YA DIG!. Best of luck!

I sometimes use homemade Lye soap. Its very easy to find on the internet or at craft shows. It is all natural and works wonders for dry skin, broken out skin or rashes, exima (spelling?). I also like to use Anti-Bacterial bar soap if my face is feeling oily. Some people say it is too harsh but my skin loves it. Imake sure to scrub with a cloth warm water and sopa. This exfoliates and keeps skin bright. Always follow up with a moisturizer, I like Avon Anew in the green bottle.

I think you may be using products that are to harsh for your face and it sounds like your poor skin cant take any more!
please try your nearest Lush store, if you explain your problem to a member of staff they will be happy to help you and will probably recommend "Fresh Farmacy" or "Angels on Bare Skin", both of these products are wonderful for sore problematic skin, they are natural, organic wonderful products to use!

Fresh Farmacy is a pale pink cleansing bar ideal for problematic skin that gets sore, red and painful. Soothe and cleanse with skin-friendly calamine and chamomile, rose, lavender, and tea tree for and antiseptic, calming effect.

and Angels on Bare Skin is a simple, yet beautiful rose and lavender cleansing wash that gently exfoliates with ground almonds (not shells, too harsh for your skin). Mix a small piece with water in your hand, and spread the paste all over your face.

hope this helps! :o)

your skin may be sensitive to the chemicals in common skin toners like clearasil and loreal and stuff. Try going to a beautician, they usually have more specially made things that will help your skin. They can usually check your skin, to find out whats wrong with it, and advise you on what type of products you need to be using. Products from your beautician can usually be a bit more pricey than your usual stuff, but the normally help more

Try Olay Total Effects. It evens out skintone and lightens dark spots. It can also fight wrinkles and keep skin moisturized without the feeling of being oily.

Most of the major cosmetic houses do something that evens out skin tone! Have a look in department stores - Debenhams, Beatties, Rackhams etc! One of those will do what you want!
