it seems like when she hacks enough some brown stuff comes out, but that has only happened a few times. And her stomach looks a little bloated, i am really confused about what is going on because she seems more hungry than usual too, because she never eats bread and she is all of the sudden. I love my dog and she is 10 years old and i have had her for a long time. I love her so much, someone please tell me what is wrong with her.

You have asked the same question 4 times now! If you love your dog as you say you do,then you will take her to a vet and not let her suffer any longer.Put your self in her place. If you were hacking up black stuff and your stomach was swollen, wouldn't YOU go to a doctor? No one here can help your dog! Only a vet can! So call one!

WOW get your dog to a vet NOW that means that her stomach has flipped itself adn twisted the tubes connecting to her intestines. it is a trait in labs great danes boxers ect all dogs that have deep barrel chests. this is something that will kill your dog and cannot resolve ityself. even efter it is unflipped by the vet your dog can still pass. My aunt just lost her lab 4 days ago because its stomach flipped. sorry it is harsh i just dont want you to lose her. did she by any chance eat rawhides alot or pig ears? that is a majority of why they flip or they drink water to fast

why are you feeding her bread? if she is older (10) she should be on a restricted dog food diet to ensure she lives longer. Take her to the vet!!!!!!NOW

Something is wrong with your dog's stomach.
Either she has consumed something bad, or something else has happened.
I suggest going to your nearest pet emergency clinic.
