A thousand years ago it was named, "The stone from heaven". Scientists were allowed to examine it once and determined that it is a meteor. Since then, no one is allowed to see it. I believe that you are referring to the Rosetta Stone in Mecca.

If you refer to Islam, I thought Mecca from which Mohammad traveled to Medina. Or could be another place... hm. Been a while since I've been told the story.
