if you are young, fit and energetic you are just fine. If you are older and a little pudgy (like 30+) constant hunger can be a sign of diabetes. Worms are relatively uncommon and constant hunger wouldnt be the primary or only symptom. If you dont feel good then see a doctor, otherwise just eat healthy stuff and dont worry.

See a doctor,if your hunger resembles slight discomfort --gnawing pain because it could be the start of something very serious particulaly if it goes straight away but comes back between 1-2 hours after eating

You might just have a really fast metabolism. A friend of mine has a really fast metabolism and he eats all the time and never gains weight. If you are concerned that you might have parasite than you should see you doc and he/she can help you out. Good Luck and God Bless!

Definitely see a doctor. You could be diabetic if you are also thirsty a lot. Or maybe you are a very active person with a good metabolism. Could be a tapeworm. I repeat: see a doctor, then you'll know for sure.
