How long do you have to take Clevastin? Does your bra size remain the same, or does go back to the original?

Sorry, but pills and creams do not work and you would be throwing your money away. Just like the other breast enhancement products, this will take your money and give no results. You can take it the rest of your life and you will still see no results.

Breast tissue is predominantly fat. The only way to increase your bust size is to gain weight and then there is no guarantee that it will go to your bust line.

Exercise won't work either since there are no muscles in breast tissue. The muscles are on the chest wall (under the breast tissue) so all you would increase is the band size on your bra...not the cup size.

when picking out a bra make sure that the strap around is nice and snug; not to tight. For cup size a,b,c,d; are your basic sizes you can buy in any department store. There are places you could be fitted for a bra also. I don't know your cup size but i'm gonna say you are probably average size by what your saying. Try an A or B cup; if it is to tight in the boob area then go up another cup. You don't want it too tight in boobs either but a little cleavage looks nice. When i was a teen; i lived with my dad and if i needed a new bra he would take the bra cup and with my shirt still on; in the middle of the bra department and push it over my boob to see if it fit.... i know embarrassing; right!! But it worked! I wear a 34-A with padding and i still have looseness in my cup, but if i went any lower in size i would have to go back to a training bra; and at 38yrs. old, that would be too funny!! Once you do find a bra that fits good; remember the brand so you can find it again if you need a new one. I hope this helps~ good luck!
