Exercise regularly (3-4x/wk) and eat right. Avoid sugar and fried foods, for one thing. Avoid processed foods. You may additionally find it useful to eat according to blood type. But the first things I list are imperative.

Be a vegetarian for a week plus lots of walking and running exercises.And don't forget to take lots of water daily.No sugars,red meat and fatty foods......

There is many books how to loose weight and keep your body healthy. It will be effectively work to a person who have a faith in himself that he can do it. If others can do...why can't you do??? faith + action = a man with masculine body and healthy lifestyle. GOODLUCK!
