Me and this guy are good friends now. I really like him. I think he may like me too. I mean he gives off the basic signs, makes eyecontact when we talk, touches my arm, etc. Also when we are talking to eachother and someone says stuff like its so obvious you like her or w/e, he sorta blushes and then quickly changes subject to something else.
Im pretty sure he likes me too but im just not 100% certain that he does. What do you think?

Yes he likes you I know that because I have been that friend before. If you like him and can see yourself dating him you should let him know you like him. That would make him very happy! It seems clear that he likes you, now the question is what do you think of him? :)

i think you should ask him. he may be waiting for the right moment, which may never come. just come out and ask him. if its a no, then there is no harm done. if yes, then you can move on to the next part of your relationship.

I think he does! I was like that too for a while, but i would try something like a hug and see how he responds:)
