Yeah i need a very very good workout

There r plenty of good work outs that u can do everyday and it is advised even by professionals that u do not work out everyday n the reason for that is to give ur body and muscles a break,to much exercise every single day could have the opposite effect as well so limit ur self to at least three times a week it is not advised that u start out gun ho especially if you r not use to exercising in the first place.
As for what type of good work there are many u have to decide on which one is best for u on what you r trying to accomplish and the goal u have set for ur self like pro-snowboarding u mentioned before, those workouts r entirely different from say a professional swimmer does for exercise,u can find these online in magazines ask someone who has done what u want to do there is just so many ways u can find this out so start checking those out before u start a exercise program the important thing is moderation and stay safe when ur doing them and not to go overboard when u do them good luck because u can also injury ur body if u do to much at one time remember that ok.

the only worouts you can do everyday would be running/jogging.

and even still you need some breaks.

try it 3-4 times a week, when and where ever you're comfortable.

if you're a begginer, aim for 8-10 mins straight of running.
take a 3-5 min break, and repeat.(don't sit or lay down during break!)

you'll lose fat mass, gain stamina and lower all risks of heart diseses.
