Can you take alli with no food? What will happen if you do?

THis is not recommended. The pharmacy I work in has a little bit of info about it...and I know if you dont eat with this it can cause nausea, headaches, and abdominal pain among other things. Plus if you get sick you won't know if it was because of the pill or not eating...and will put you farther back on your desire to loose weight. So make sure you eat healthy and wat with this pill!

It would be pointless to take it without food because it's a fat blocker designed to prevent you from absorbing up to 25% of the fat in the foods you eat. If you took it without food or with foods that contain no fat like fruit or vegetables I don't think it would harm you but why bother...?
